Shipping Policy

Wine is perishable and can be damaged by shipping during times of extreme weather, hot and cold. Therefore, we will delay shipment of any order if temperatures during the transit time reach what we determine to be extreme (typically over 80 degrees or below 35 degrees). If you opt to have your order shipped during in these conditions, Elizabeth Chambers Cellar is not responsible for, and will not replace wine that is damaged during shipment.

Replacement of Flawed Wine

At Elizabeth Chambers Cellar, we stand behind every wine we make, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a wine you have purchased is corked or flawed, please contact us and we will arrange for replacement, pending availability. In the case of older wines, we will offer replacement with the current vintage. We will not offer replacement when wines were shipped under extreme conditions, as outlined in our shipping policy.
